Got Transition and the American Academy of Pediatrics have released their 2025 Coding and Payment Resource for Transition from Pediatric to Adult Health Care, which includes new current Medicare fees and RVUs for transition-related CPT codes and an insurance carrier letter that can be adapted for use to encourage payer recognition of transition-related codes.
